The independent review before the number is signed

Practice

We are an independent preconstruction advisory practice. A small senior team, working directly with owners, developers and contractors to test where a price and schedule are firm and where they are still a bet, while there is still time to act.
What makes us different
Who we are

Built around senior judgment

We are an independent preconstruction advisory practice serving owners, developers and contractors across the US market. We review the price, the schedule and the documents behind a project before they are committed, and we tell you where they hold and where they do not.

We are a small senior team by design. You work directly with a senior reviewer, not a junior handed the file. That is the difference between a report written to fill pages and a read that tells you what actually matters before you sign.

We have no stake in the build and nothing to sell you downstream. Our only product is judgment: a clear, independent view of where a project is firm and where it is still a bet.

How we work

You work with the senior reviewer

A review is only as good as the person reading the project. With us, that person is senior. Your work is not handed to a junior to process. It is read by someone who has seen where these projects fail.

Senior eyes on every project

The person who reviews your price and schedule is the person you talk to. No layers, no handoff, no file passed down to someone learning on your project.

Independent, with no stake in the build

We do not carry the project, bid the work, or sell anything downstream. That is what lets us tell you what we actually see, not what is convenient to say.

Judgment, not production

We are not here to generate documents. We read the ones you have and tell you where the risk sits. The output is a decision you can act on, not a stack of deliverables.

A read you can act on before you sign

Every review lands while there is still room to move, before the GMP locks and a soft number turns into a change order. Early enough to matter.

Independence

No stake in the build, no reason to soften it

The value of an independent review is that nothing pulls it off course. We do not bid the work, carry the project, or sell anything once the review is done. That independence is the whole point:

No conflict of interest

We have no commercial stake in the outcome, so our read is not shaped by what is convenient to say.

Nothing to sell you downstream

We do not produce models, drawings, or production work. The review is the product, not a door to something else.

Loyal to the decision, not the deal

You get the view that protects your money and your schedule, even when it is the harder thing to hear.

Before you sign

Put the number to the test while you still can

We read the price, the schedule and the documents behind a project before they are committed. Tell us where the project stands and we will tell you what a review would look at, and whether it is worth doing now.

Our method

We use the model. We do not sell it..

We test the sequence

We use 4D analysis to check whether a schedule survives procurement and the field, before the field settles it.

We verify the quantities

We use 5D analysis to test takeoffs and see where a price rests on assumption instead of measurement.

We check the coordination

We use BIM to surface clashes and interface gaps on screen, where they cost a redraw, not rework.
