Constructability & Interface Review

We find what is cheap to fix on screen and expensive once the field hits it, while the packages can still change.
What this review stands on:
The problem

The risk is not in the packages it is in the seams

Drawings are reviewed one package at a time, and each one passes. Structure is correct. Mechanical is correct. Each trade is signed off as complete inside its own scope. The risk does not live inside the packages. It lives in the seams between them, where two trades meet, where a system crosses another, where a detail has to be built in sequence rather than just drawn. A constructability review reads those seams, because that is where the field finds the problems nobody priced.

Three things fall through when packages are checked in isolation. Scope that sits at a boundary, owned by neither trade. Systems designed to occupy the same space, drawn separately so the clash never shows. Assemblies that resolve cleanly on the sheet but cannot be built in the order the site requires. On paper all of it looks done. In the field it becomes rework, delay, and an argument about whose problem it was. We surface it while the packages can still change, when a fix is a redraw instead of a change order.

What we do

We read the seams before the field does

A constructability review checks the work between the packages, where scope, coordination and buildability decide what the field will cost.

Scope Gap Analysis

We trace every boundary where two trades meet and find the scope that sits between them, owned by neither.

Trade Coordination Review

We test where systems are designed to share one space, so a clash surfaces on screen and not in the field.

System Interfacing

We follow the routes where mechanical, electrical and plumbing collide with structure and with each other.

Buildability Check

We walk critical assemblies through how they get built, checking the access, sequence and the tolerances.

Interface Exposure

We rank every interface by exposure, so you know which seams are immaterial and which can move the number.

Model, Not Product

We use BIM, 4D and 5D to expose what flat drawings hide. The model informs the real call, the model isn’t sold.

Find The Seams Before They Become Change Orders

Our Process

How the review actually runs

We work remotely with owners, developers and construction managers across the US. The review runs on your documents and your model, on a defined timeline, and ends in a decision you can act on before award.

Documents and Model

We take your drawings, packages and model as they stand today.

Read the Interfaces

We work the seams where scope, trades and systems meet.

Rank the Exposure

We sort what we find by what can move the cost or the schedule.

Decision You Can Use

You get a clear read on the interface risk, in time to close it.

Why this read
holds up
.

A constructability review is only as good as the judgment behind it. Ours is independent, with no stake in the build and no package to protect, so the risk we flag is the risk that is actually there. You work directly with a senior reviewer, not a junior passed the file. That is the difference between a report and a decision you can sign against.
